Description : 1. The MUNICIPALITY OF GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake a Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement Method for the Supply and Delivery of Food with Catering Services (To be served during the Stable Internal Peace and Security Commemoration) for use by Municipal Mayor-s Office in accordance with Section 34 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 12009.
