INVITATION TO BID FOR the Supply and Delivery of Fluids and other Medicines for Samar Provincial Hospital under Framework Agreement

1) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR, using Framework Agreement through the 2026 Annual Fund- Early Procurement Activity intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO PESOS & EIGHTY CENTS (P3,806,532.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of Fluids and other Medicines for Samar Provincial Hospital under Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Fluids and other Medicines for Samar Provincial Hospital under Framework Agreement using the Green Purchasing or Sustainable Procurement. Delivery of the item is required within ten (10) days upon receipt of Call-off.
