Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of Flower Wreaths for Departed Citizens, Flower Arrangements, and Leis for related activities/events of City Government of Tarlac

1) The City Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (Php 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Flower Wreaths for Departed Citizens, Flower Arrangements, and Leis for related activities/events of City Government of Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The City Government of Tarlac now invites bids for one (1) lot of Flower Wreath, Flower Arrangement, Leis). Delivery of the Goods is required within two (2) months. Bidders should have completed at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
