Description : 1. The Procuring Entity, Barangay Garang Tangub City intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php. 120,000.00) to payment under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FLOOR STANDING TYPE AIR CONDITIONER with identification No. GARANG-PB-2026-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2. The Procuring Entity, Barangay Garang Tangub City now invites bids for the above procurement project, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FLOOR STANDING TYPE AIR CONDITIONER. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184
4. Bids must be duly recieved by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the Barangay Office, Barangay Garang Tangub City.
