Description : 1. The Surallah Water District (SWD), through the approved CY 2025 Annual Budget, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP 1,320,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 500 UNITS BRAND NEW WATER METERS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The SWD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the contract is required within THIRTY (30) DAYS from Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed within the period January 2022 to August 31, 2025, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184.
