The Bureau of the Treasury-Region III, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the following item to upgrade the existing printers and scanners in the Regional Office and Provincial Offices:

1. Multifunction Laser Jet Color Printers

In this regard, you are requested to submit your most competitive quotation for the item described herein and in the Terms of Reference, subject to the terms and conditions provided on the last page of this RFQ. Please submit or email your quotation, duly signed by you or your authorized representative not later than 10 November 2025 at 3:00 P.M.
