Supply and Delivery of Five (5) units of Digital Barometer
1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand pesos (Php2,400,000.00) only, being the ABC to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Five (5) units of Digital Barometer under PR 2025-01-0056 | IB 2025-09. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provision under Appendix 31 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) 9184. Delivery of the Goods shall be made ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Price is inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes. Price validity is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
