Description : Please see the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) form for P.R. No. 25-0037 for the procurement of SUPPLY AND
DELIVERY OF FIVE (5) UNITS BRAND-NEW EXECUTIVE LIGHTWEIGHT LAPTOP COMPUTERS with the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱500,000.00).

therein.
