1. The Municipality of General Nakar, Quezon, through the _Approved AIP Ref. Code :1000-10-3-3 and AIP Ref. Code: 1000-10-2-13-1 CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million, Three Hundred Eighty Six Thousand One Hundred Ninety Two Pesos and 95/100 (PhP 1,386,192.95) being the approved budget for the contract to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Five (5) Units 4HP Floor-Mounted Airconditioner, Inverter Type including Meterial and Installation. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
