The Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD), through Corporate Operating Budget for the Contract approved by the Governing Boards for the year 2025 intends to apply the sum of PESOS: ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND (PhP 1,130,000.00) being the aggregate Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of Five (5) Ton Electric Chain Hoist. Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Bids received in excess of the ABC per P.R. shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The bidders are required to submit their bid for all two (2) items. Otherwise, their bid shall be considered as incomplete and shall be a ground for disqualification.
