Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE

I. NAME OF PROJECT
This project will be known as SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FIVE (5) MOCK-UP ENGINES FOR THE PHILIPPINE STATE COLLEGE OF AERONAUTICS
II. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
This project will cover MOCK-UP ENGINES that will be utilized by the Philippine State College of Aeronautics - Institute of Engineering and Technology, the declared ender user. Any company/individual who will be recognized, manufacturer or first tier distributor, after the bidding process will be considered the third party and will supply and deliver the said items.

Institute of Engineering and Technology Technical and Powerplant Laboratory enhancement and expansion program will improve the general learning experience of the students particularly Aircraft Maintenance Technology and Aeronautical Engineering students. The program covers the following plans:
1. Procurement of brand new five (5) mock-up engines with complete set of components
2. Training for engineering faculty members in operating and maintaining the powerplant laboratory.
