1. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino, using a single-year Framework Agreement for a duration of Nine (9) months through the General Fund-5-02-03-050 intends to apply the sum of Php 812,226.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB-FA-2025-011 Supply and Delivery of fish and meat for QWC (Framework Agreement), Cabarroguis, Quirino. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Seven (7) Calendar Days after issuance of a Call-Off.
