1. The Local Government unit of Pagbilao, through the Approved Budget by the Sanggunian - GOP, MDRRMF General Fund- Annual Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Eighty Four Thousand Three Hundred Pesos Only (P 1,284,300.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Fire Extinguishers and Fire Extinguishers Refill/ 2025-B7.231. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government unit of Pagbilao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
