Description : Philippine Normal University South Luzon intends to procure Supply and Delivery of Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) Components with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to One Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 110,000.00).
In this regard, PNU SL invites all qualified suppliers/providers to submit their quotations not later than 1:00 p.m. on May 7, 2025, for all items described under the attached Terms of Reference, along with the following requirements:
1. Latest Business/Mayor-s Permit
2. Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number/Organization ID/PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration
3. Latest Income or Business Tax Return
4. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (GPPB prescribed format), accompanied by proof of authorization if applicable
