Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF F&B FOR VARIOUS MARKETING EVENTS UNDER ITB NO. ITB No. CB25-03-024COR

1. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), through the PAGCOR-s Corporate Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (PhP4,910,000.00), VAT Exclusive, Zero-Rated Transaction, being the total ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of F&B for Various Marketing Events.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PAGCOR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The complete schedule of deliveries is provided in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents which will commence within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt by the winning supplier of the Notice to Proceed for a period of one (1) year. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, similar to the Project.
