INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FABRICATED BACKDROPS, STAIRS, SHIP, ANDAS AND SOUVENIR STAND FOR THE PARTICIPATION IN FESTIVAL OF FESTIVALS (105TH COMMEMORATIVE REDECLARATION OF THE PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE)

1. The Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php188,250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Fabricated Backdrops, Stairs, Ship, Andas and Souvenir Stand for the Participation in Festival of Festivals (105th Commemorative Redeclaration of the Province of Marinduque). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
