Description : Philippine Normal University South Luzon intends to procure Supply and Delivery of Fabric Materials for Standard Uniform with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Forty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 49,750.00).

In this regard, PNU SL invites all qualified suppliers/providers to submit their quotations not later than 12:00 noon of September 17, 2025, for all items described under the attached Terms of Reference, along with the following requirements:

1.Latest Business/Mayor-s Permit
2.Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number/Organization ID/PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration
3.Latest Income or Business Tax Return
4.Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (GPPB prescribed format), accompanied with proof of authorization if applicable
