Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Eight Hundred Sixteen Thousand Pesos (Php816,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Explosion Proof Camera and Junction Box for Mine 3 Coal Project (2 lots) (“Project”).
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for complete details. Please note that the bid/proposal to be submitted MUST be complete. Incomplete bid/proposal will be disqualified.
Proposals including conformed Technical Specifications may be emailed to andelacruz@pnocec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before August 20, 2025, not later than 3:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.
Bidders are also required to submit a photocopy of the following documents not later than seven (7) calendar days after the bid submission date.
