Description : 1. The Ministry of Health, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MOH-BARMM), through the Regular Supplemental 2025, intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Twenty-Six Thousand Two Hundred Five Pesos (PHP 12,026,205.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Essential Medicines, Medical Supplies, Assistive Devices and Hygiene Kits for Medical Outreach Program with IB No. MOH-REGS2025-MOPM003. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.

2. The Ministry of Health, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MOH-BARMM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
