INVITATION TO BID

1. The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Pesos (₱330,860.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Essential Laboratory Consumables and Field Inputs for Banana Tissue Culture Production under PB-Goods-PR No. 25-0603. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within forty-five (45 days) from the received of Notice to Proceed.
