The Department of Education-Schools Division of Pasay City (DepEd-Pasay) through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends for the implementation of the Project: Supplies and Delivery of Equipment for Physical Fitness and Wellness in the amount of One Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand and Sixty-Seven Pesos only (P192,067.00), chargeable against the Sub-Allotment Release Order No-NCR-25-02372 under National Government Fund - DepEd, SDO Pasay City.

In view of this, DepEd, SDO, Pasay City requests submission of Price Quotations for the above-mentioned project.

Please submit your duly signed quotations along with the copy of the following documents not later than December 5, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. for the item described under the duly signed and approved Purchase Request No. 2025-11-104-SVP dated November 24, 2025 subject to the terms and conditions provided therein and this Request for Quotation.
