1. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Barangay General Malvar of Santiago City through the Barangay Fund - Economic Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos( Php 224,320.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Equipment, Parts and Accessories for Repair and Maintenance of Barangay Surveillance and Monitoring System with ITB NO. 07-25-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
