The Department of Education-Schools Division of Pasay City (DepEd-Pasay) through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends for the implementation of the Project: Supply and Delivery of Equipment Package (Heavy Duty Printer Payroll with Desktop Set and SSD Hard Disk) in the amount of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos only (P450,000.00), chargeable against the Sub-Allotment Release Order-NCR-25-10-1400 under National Government Fund - DepEd, SDO Pasay City.

In view of this, DepEd, SDO, Pasay City requests submission of Price Quotations for the above-mentioned project.

Please submit your duly signed quotations along with the copy of the following documents not later than October 16, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. for the item described under the duly signed and approved Purchase Request No. 2025-10-82-SVP dated October 3, 2025 subject to the terms and conditions provided therein and this Request for Quotation.
