Scope of Work/Deliverables

1. Scope of Work:
The work to be performed shall consist of all activities, including configuration, coordination, and supervision for the supply and delivery of specialized sewing equipment for the Jesus Others You Multipurpose Cooperative, including but not limited to:

• Delivery and installation of Equipment within five (5) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order.
• Supervision of testing of Equipment at the supplier-s cost.
• Provide four (4) hours of training on Equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting at the supplier-s cost.
