  Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Embankment
  Materials at AMORAP, Sinacaban, Misamis Occidental
  1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund intends to
  apply the sum of Thirty-One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P31,500,000.00)
  being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB-
  G-2026-03-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
  opening.
  2. The Province of Misamis Occidental through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites
  bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30
  calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project
  within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of
  an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
  (Instructions to Bidders).
