The National Meat Inspection Service, through the GAA FY 2025 fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 2,575,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for NMIS-GDS-2025-03: Supply and Delivery of Elisa Test Kits. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
