INVITATION TO BID
“Supply and Delivery of Electrical Supplies and Materials for use in the Repair and Maintenance of SJDH Electrical Wirings”

1. The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro (PGOM), through the FY 2025 General Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (P1,188,990.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Electrical Supplies and Materials for use in the Repair and Maintenance of SJDH Electrical Wirings” (Ref. No. 100-2025). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
