1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAN VICENTE, PALAWAN, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND NINETY-THREE PESOS (₱862,093.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR UPGRADING OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEM (MSWD BUILDING) BARANGAY POBLACION, THIS MUNICIPALITY/GDS-2025-048. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
