  The Iwahig Prison and Penal Farm through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Three Hundred Twenty-nine Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-seven Pesos and Ninety Centavos (Php14,329,367.90) for lot 1; and Five Hundred Thirty-one Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php531,250.00) for lot 2 being the Approved Budget for the Contracts (ABCs) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
