1. The Local Government Unit of Bagabag, through the GAD & GENERAL Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS (₱1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply & Delivery of Drugs & Medicines LGU, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU of Bagabag now invites bids for the Supply & Delivery of Drugs & Medicines, LGU, Bagabag Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya. Delivery of the project is required by (15) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
