1. In View of the Two failed biddings, the Cagayan Valley Medical Center (CVMC), through the Special Bids and Awards Committee (SBAC) invites Suppliers to participate in the Negotiation for the Project Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines (Regular Medicines) (Negotiated Procurement-Two Failed Biddings under PHILGEPS IB No. 12280011 in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised IRR of RA 9184;
