Description : 1. The MUNICIPALITY OF GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Seven Pesos (P 427,437.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines for used by the Municipal Health Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines as follows:
