SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES

1. The Local Government Unit of Padre Burgos, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Pesos 40/100 (Php 1,999,980.40) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply And Delivery Of Drugs And Medicines received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Government Unit of Padre Burgos now invites bids for Audio Video Report for Tourism Promotion of padre Burgos, Quezon. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty calendar (30) days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
