77 bottle Vitamin B Complex with liver extract, 100ml/bottle (SC, IM)

Other Requirements:
LTO from FDA/BAI as manufacturer/distributor
Certificate of Product Registration from FDA/BAI
Manufacturing date: not earlier then September 2025

Delivery site: DA-RFO III
Delivery schedule: 30 days upon receipt of NTP

To be distributed to the beneficiaries under LOVE Project.
