  Procurement of Drone, GPS Handheld Device, Digital Measuring Wheel, and Digital Camera with Wi-Fi for Property Inspection and Appraisal
  
  I. OBJECTIVE
  
  The procurement of various devices/equipment aims to enable SBCorp Internal Appraisers to conduct extensive property inspection and appraisal of acquired assets ready for disposal, properties assigned as collaterals to loans, properties subjected to attachment, and as well as our corporate assets. The following concerns will address the following:
  • It will allow effective aerial inspection of properties that are difficult to access due to, such as but not limited to, geographical conditions, presence of armed individuals, refusal to cooperate with the ocular inspection;
  • It will acquire reliable up-to-date information for property data collection of those properties being appraised and the neighborhood where the property is located.
