1. The Presidential Management Staff (PMS) is undertaking the procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Drinking Water for Three Years and intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Pesos (PhP529,380.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the first year of the three (3) years multi-year contract, to payments under Purchase Request No. 2025-01-0036. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
