1. The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Forty Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Seven Pesos (₱2,940,767.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Document Scanners to be used during the conduct of COMELEC Continuing Registration in Various Posts with details as follows:
