1. The Department of National Defense (DND) - Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), through
the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Billion
Nine Hundred Thirty-Four Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-
Seven and 80/100 Pesos (2,934,853,967.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
