the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Eleven Billion
Eight Hundred Six Million Two Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Two and
41/100 (P11,806,228,972.41) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for each Sub-Lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
