1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Siay invites bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Diesel for use of LGU Service Vehicles and Light and Heavy Equipments (MOOE 3rd Quarter - 2025)

2. The LGU-Siay, Local Government Unit of Siay, through the approved Budget of the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Ten Pesos Only (Php 2,665,010.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the abovementioned procurement.
