SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DIESEL ENGINE WATER PUMP WITH VOLTRON
1. The Municipality of Cabiao, Nueva Ecija, through the General Fund FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 2,024,000.00), inclusive of VAT, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of DIESEL ENGINE WATER PUMP WITH VOLTRON with Project ID No. 2025-022.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The award of the contract is subject to the effectivity of the Appropriation Ordinance of the Annual Budget for FY 2025.
The bidder, therefore, are herewith informed of the following:
a. The Municipality of Cabiao will evaluate the bid proposal and determine the winning bidder. The financial bid proposal of the winning bidder will be the contract price/amount which is considered fixed price. The Notice of Award (NOA) will only be issued upon the approval of the BAC Resolution Recommending the Award of Contract.
