SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DEVICES AND SOFTWARE IN RELATION TO PHILRACOM-S ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ELECTRONIC NEW GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTING SYSTEM (eNGAS)

I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVE

This project involves the procurement of hardware and software necessary to support the implementation of the Electronic New Government Accounting System (eNGAS) at the Philippine Racing Commission (PHILRACOM). The eNGAS is a computerized accounting system developed by the Commission on Audit (COA) to streamline government accounting processes, promote accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and policies.

To effectively deploy the eNGAS and integrate it into PHILRACOM-s operations, the project will provide essential computing devices, including desktop server, and software, and the eNGAS application itself.
