SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DESKTOP COMPUTER AND VARIOUS ICT EQUIPMENT

1. The Biodiversity Management Bureau, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) has received a Grant from the AFoCO-DENR Fresh Project Funds for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty One Pesos and Twenty-Five Centavos Only (P1,843,821.25) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Desktop Computer and Various ICT Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Biodiversity Management Bureau now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
