Description : I. REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Supply and Delivery of a Desktop Computer, 3-in-1 Printer, and HDMI cable for Office Use of PNU Visayas

1. The Philippine Normal University Visayas through the funding of the Government of the Philippines intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-three Thousand One Hundred pesos only (373,100.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PNU-VIS - GD 2025-11-037. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Opening of Proposals.

2. The Philippine Normal University Visayas now invites Bidders/Suppliers to submit eligibility requirements and quotations for the Supply and Delivery of a Desktop Computer, 3-in-1 Printer, and HDMI cable for Office Use of PNU Visayas.
