    All prospective bidders are invited to bid on the above items.
    The Municipality of Boac reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.

    Bidding Documents shall be acquired from August 7, 2025 to August 18, 2025 upon payment to the MTO Cashier of a non-refundable amount of ₱500.00.
    Eligibility documents and/or completely filled out bidding documents may be submitted at the Office of the Municipal Budget Officer, Ground Floor, Municipal Building, Barangay Isok I, Boac, Marinduque on or before August 18, 2025 2:00pm.

    All documents shall be current and updated and any missing document in the checklist of bid proposal is a ground for outright rejection of the bid. Bidder shall submit one (1) original and two (2) photocopies of the first and second components of its bid in sealed envelop. Bidders shall follow the proper sealing and marking of bids.
