1. The Department of Education (DepEd), Division of Cebu Province, through the Gender and Development (GAD) Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos (P 2,882,658.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DELEGATION UNIFORM OF DEPED CEBU PROVINCE DELEGATES TO CVIRAA 2025. BIDS received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
