1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the AB CY 2025 - SB1 Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos (Php 3,369,925.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Defibrillator, Brand New, with UPS and AVR and Ultrasound Machine, OB-Gyne use with 3 Active Probes for the use of DdOPH-Montevista- DdOPH-Montevista with Purchase Request No. 25-C0876 under Bid No. B-25-0215. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
