REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL

The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) is inviting suppliers to submit quotations for the “Supply and Delivery of CY2025 Last Packaging for Office Supplies, Building and Utility Supplies, Furniture, and Devices” under “Small Value Procurement” (Section 34.1 of RA 12009 and its IRR) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of NINE HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-TWO PESOS ONLY (PHP 903,442.00).

Submission of proposals including Mayor-s/Business Permit*, PhilGEPS Registration Number*, Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS)** and Latest Income Tax Return***, addressed to Dr. Melvin B.
