INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CUSTOMIZED SPORTS UNIFORM

1. The Local Government Unit of Matanao utilizes the amount from General Fund in the amount of Five Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 557,000.00) for the procurement of Customized Sports Uniform. The procurement is One (1) LOT. The ABC is Five Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 557,000.00). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Matanao now invites bids from eligible suppliers for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within twenty (20) calendar days upon effectivity of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
