Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CUSTOMIZED MEDALS FOR THE UPCOMING COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES FORM THE DIFFERENT SCHOOLS; TO WIT:

PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS:

1. The Local Government Unit of Tanauan, Leyte through General Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (P199,250.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CUSTOMIZED MEDALS FOR THE UPCOMING COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES FORM THE DIFFERENT SCHOOLS. The delivery place will be at the General Service Office, Tanauan, Leyte. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
